Professional, responsible couple, seek a 1/2 bedroom furnished accommodation for short term rent in Drogheda (or surrounding areas) or north Co Dublin as a pied de terre to assist in the commute between South Dublin and Dundalk. Staying at hotels has run its course and we are seeking something less expensive and more practical for one or two nights a week maximum. Perhaps you have an unused holiday let which you would like partially occupied over the winter? Hi, we are considering taking the QE 2 transatlantic cruise in June 2011 and would like to swap homes. We will be gone for 3 weeks from Charleston, SC and would like to spend 1 week in a home in Ireland. The week we need would be June 17 - June 23, approximately. We are willing to swap our home for the 3 weeks we will be gone for the 1 week we need. Our house is 5 minutes from Folly Beach in Charleston, SC. Wonderful beach, not too populated so a nice retreat. But we are also across the bridge from the heart of Charleston and all it has to offer. Our house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, very nice and comfortable. The yard backs to a canal for boating...we may even be able to leave our boat for you to use.

We don't have pictures yet because we are trying to find out if this might work for us to swap. But please feel free to email me and let me know some of your details and I can send all the information you would like. Thank you.

We live out on the high prairies of SE Colorado.... the Rockies are part of our view but they are a few hours away..... the town has a population of 1500 but it also serves a wider farming / ranching community.... there are a few lakes within 5 miles ... we have small sailing dinghies....
We have an above ground swimming pool.... there are 5 mountain bikes......we have about 7 acres with an assortment of animals which will be cared for by someone else. The property is very private and quiet but within walking distance of the shops , community library, and churches.
The house has 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms , large living room , attached kitchen , laundry and den ( 1700 sq. feet )... approximately 10 years old.
We have an older car to make available... very necessary out on the plains.... no bus service, taxi or transport system at all.
Last year we came to Ireland for only a week but loved the 1200 miles we managed around the west and south coast..... we want to see more and just hang out in the local area.
I am a NZ female teacher and Mark is an American ex-military ( Air Force )

I'll be in Dublin for a conference from October 14-19 2010 and I'am looking for someone in Dublin to swap houses with for this period (or a few day longer?)

My apartment in Amsterdam is big (120m2), light and clean. It's in the centre of the city with many attractions such as the Rembrandthouse nearby. Beautiful view on a canal and the Amstel river.

I'm looking for an apartment in the centre of Dublin, that sleeps up to two people, preferably separate beds, but a comfy couch will do as well.

(By the way, I have two cats that need some love and care while I'm away..)

HI...Looking to swap a very large, bright and well furnished studio apartment in the upmarket area of Forest Hills Gardens...very similar to Ballsbridge in closeness to city and ambience. The express subway is a tad over one block away and takes about 16 minutes...4 stops...nonrush...to Manhattan...also the commuter train is almost right at the door.. The apartment features: woodburning fireplace, piano, TV, Internet, full renovated kitchen, renovated bath...all linens etc...Looking for a room/ensuite or a similar apartment in an area within walking distance...about 15 minutes ... to Trinity College etc....or right on Luas Line...
Thinking toward mid September and beyond and thinking anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months...very open....It would probably be just mself: single, gay, mature, responsible and ethical...Happy to send a CV and more apartment pics on request...Thank you...Jack
